First Philosophy Cafe a Success

Philosophy cafe gathering
The first UGA Philosophy Cafe happened last evening (09/13) at Athentic. There was good turnout for a first time (12 people there), and Professors Wright and Harman were very successful in getting attendees to debate everyday ethical issues and to think about how everyday choices reflect our ethical character and our understanding of virtue. The vibes, as they say, were good.

The next meeting will be October 11. Mike Zahorec will ask "Can you convince a philosopher he is wrong about AI?" We hope you'll come out and join us for more discussion!
